How I teach private classes
When teaching private yoga classes I tend to work within the Ashtanga framework and then modify as necessary based on the individual's needs. I will assess range of motion, areas of strength & weakness and tailor the lesson accordingly.
By following the Ashtanga framework I will be teaching you the sequence so that you are able to practice independantly.
