Welcome to Just Love Yoga

My goal is simple: to create the space and framework for you to leave each class feeling a little bit better.

Gradually that feeling starts to seep back into your daily life and the discrepancy between practice on and off the mat dissipates. Maybe you start to smile a little more often, and find yourself using kinder words. Soon those around you notice and the circle of warmth & kindness grows...  


So where do you start?

If you are a complete beginner you may prefer to start off with a private session, or sign up to our beginners online course, which includes a 30 minute Zoom session. Mindful flow on a Monday evening is also an ideal place to start. It's entirely up to you.

In person classes

All of my classes are open to beginners, and I offer modifications as appropriate. My classes are generally a good mix of abilities, meaning you won't be alone if you are new; but you may also be inspired to see what is possible with a dedicated practice.

During a Mysore class (assisted self practice); we will teach you the primary series sequence so that you are also able to practise in your own time. If you are brand new to Mysore, please let me know before coming along or sign up to the Beginners Course to start off at your own pace.

online classes

Most classes may be joined online. In a guided online class you will be able to follow along with the in person group; I do check in with the online group to offer cues and guidance. If you would just like to follow along without being seen you are welcome to turn your camera off.

In a Mysore class I will need to see all 4 corners of your mat, so that individual teaching cues may be offered. It’s a bit like getting a mini private within a group setting.

How to book in?

  • Book into your chosen class through our online bookings system. Please register at least 1 hour before the start time.

    If it is your first time using our booking system you can sign in using your Google account or register using an email & password.

    You can easily filter classes in the booking system, to only see online options.

  • I will send you a meeting ID & password a few hours before the class starts.

  • Please download the Zoom app at zoom.com. It is quick & easy, you can log-in with your e-mail address, Google account or Facebook account. 

  • Find a space in your home where you can lay out your mat, and at the class start time, simply log-in and enjoy your practice in our virtual group setting.

Class cards are activated from the class date of your first booking.

  • 5 class cards are eligible to be used against classes within 60 days of activation

  • 10 class cards are eligible to be used against classes within 100 days of activation

Cancellations:

If you can no longer attend a class you have booked with us, cancel before the notice period (24 hours for regular classes) and your class credit will go back on to your online account ready for you to use another time.

Should Just Love Yoga cancel a class, an additional week's duration will be added onto your class card.

Registering / logging-in

First time use:

1) Browse to: https://justloveyogabookings.web.app/

2) Click bottom left on Login

3) At the Login or signup prompt, you have two options:

a) If you are already a Google (gmail) user, you can use your Google account to authenticate yourself to Just Love Yoga bookings, this means you won't have to remember another password - choose Sign in with Google, and where prompted enter your Google email address and password to link it to Just Love Yoga bookings.

b) If you don't have a Google account, or would prefer to use a different email address, choose Sign in with email. You will need to enter an email address, your name, and select a new password specific for Just Love Yoga bookings. Check your email for any validation link that you may need to click on to validate.

Subsequent use:

If you reuse the same browser, Just Love Yoga bookings should keep you logged in -as indicated with your name bottom left, which you can click on any time to see your overall class card balances or specifically log out.

When you are not logged in, your name will not show bottom left. Click Login, and ensure you follow the same method and email address again, so that you don't create a different account with Just Love Yoga. You'll be prompted for your password, unless you are already logged in elsewhere with Google.
