Being new at something can be both exciting and a little daunting… So we are trying to make it as easy as possible for you to feel confident in the Mysore room.
Just Love Yoga offers monthly beginners sessions where we teach you the fundamental positions, the importance of breath, bandhas and drishti (looking place).
If you are brand new to practicing in the Mysore room, or you are coming from counted classes this is a great place to start. You will leave feeling confident and hopefully really excited to start this rewarding journey.
